This discussion will be facilitated by the ACRL Information Literacy Competency Standards Review Task Force, which is charged with "reviewing the document and make a recommendation to retain the information literacy competency standards for higher education as written for the next five-year cycle, revise the standards, or rescind the standards if determined no longer useful." The Task Force would like to engage instruction librarians on sustained discussion on the current utility and future direction of the Standards. |
