Ya' at' eeh! Serving American Indian Students

Five percent of Northern Arizona University’s student population is American Indian, often first generation, from several tribal communities within the United States and Canada. In support of a university-wide goal, the library engages in instructional support and services to help meet the needs of American Indian students. Learning about American Indian cultures and incorporating that knowledge into library instruction and services has created more effective ways of working with students.
